Terms of Service for Axident Assist
1. Introduction
Welcome to Axident Assist (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We operate a digital platform that helps accident victims connect with independent service providers such as medical clinics, towing companies, auto body shops, car rental agencies and legal professionals (“Service Providers”). By accessing or using our website, mobile site or any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. Our Role
Axident Assist provides information about Service Providers based on location and service category. We do not own, operate or control the Service Providers listed on our Platform. Service Providers are independent businesses that set their own prices and terms. We do not endorse, warrant or guarantee the services they provide. Any interactions, transactions or disputes between you and a Service Provider are solely between you and that provider.
3. User Responsibilities
• Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using the Platform, especially if you submit a request or sign up for any services.
• Personal Use: You agree to use the Platform for your personal, non‑commercial purposes and not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Platform without our written permission.
• Prohibited Uses: You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to interfere with its security or functionality, or by using it to harass, abuse or harm others.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
We strive to provide accurate and up‑to‑date information, but we do not guarantee that the content on the Platform is error‑free, complete or current. The Platform and all information, products and services provided through it are offered “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axident Assist and its founders, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; (c) any services obtained from Service Providers; or (d) unauthorised access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
6. Third‑Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third‑party websites or services. We provide these links for convenience only and have no control over the content or availability of such websites. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any third‑party content or practices.
7. Changes to the Platform and Terms
We may update or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time without notice. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of the Terms. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
